Metrolinx recommends approval of the 6th Line GO RER station!
The latest Metrolinx Staff Report outlining details of the GO Regional Express Rail (RER) update has confirmed the Board of Directors are pushing to approve the GO RER station at 6th Line in Innisfil!
This is a game changer for the purchasers and future homeowners of Belle Aire Shores. Our new community is located at 20th Sideroad and 6th Line, so there will be very easy and quick access to the new GO RER station. According to the report, a 6th Line GO RER station will serve an expanding market with very little impact on existing riders.
Metrolinx’s decision to recommend approval for this station is proof that Innisfil is poised for growth. And if the success of our Phase 1 opening is any proof that Innisfil is a new hot spot for new low-rise housing, then the 6th Line GO station is a must have!
